The Storm!

Last week I was in the park. Let me tell you I think it was the biggest adventure I've ever had in the park. Soon after I got there the wind started blowing really hard and branches started falling out of the trees so I went to get out of the way under the pavilion. Then the trees started to fall over. It was INCREDIBLE to see the how much force was in the wind. The trees started blowing over like toothpicks. So I of course had my camera and started taking as many photo's as I could:)

If you look behind the little girl you can see a tree started to fall...

and the result...
The roots were Huge!

Though this is an unfortunate thing to happen it is cool how the house is still intact I mean how many people have a tree leaning on their house???

This is my friend. Her house is the one in the background to the right.
The whole park was taped off for a couple days.

There were trees all over the roads

This was pretty close to the house.

And of couse there were a TON of fires this is a view from a mountain above the city. Everything was really smokey. So this added a little exctiment to my day hope you like the pics!
This video is rather short and nothing happens in it though it does show how close the falling trees actually were.
